Years of Waiting ...

Someone commented on my previous post that public memory is short. I believe it is more the case of proceedings taking loooong than public's memory being short. Can you believe that it took the court EIGHT freaking years to find that b*****d guilty in the Tandoor case? And what about the 14 years trial of this Safdar Hashmi case?

And, most often than not, the culprits are sons of Big Babus who walk free without an ounce of punishment - often wearing their crimes as badges of honour. God, I feel so .... I dunno what to say.

Well, never mind. Guess I'm in a bad mood.
